All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed or a purchase has been completed.

Because many of our products include cut fabric sold by the yard and other specialty home items, we are unable to restock or resell many items once they have been prepared for an order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery or pickup. We will review the issue and work with you to determine the appropriate next steps.
